5.2.1.9. Throttle valve

GENERAL INFORMATION

Position of the lock screw is established at the plant and should not change. If its situation was changed, carry out the main adjustment as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1) weaken a tightening nut (it is specified by an arrow)
2) turn the lock screw of a throttle counterclockwise the gap between an emphasis and the screw is not formed yet
3) roll the screw (it is specified by an arrow) so far it will not concern an emphasis define the exact moment of a stop of the lock screw, having inserted a piece of thin paper between an emphasis and the lock screw. Slowly pull out paper, at the same time rolling the screw until paper hardly passes
4) turn the screw clockwise in addition on 1/2 turns
5) check adjustment of the switch of a throttle
