The driveshaft is not subject to repair. If there is a noise or vibration of the driveshaft, check the accuracy of installation of the driveshaft. If adjustment does not fix a problem, it is necessary to replace all driveshaft.
During the work with the driveshaft the car has to be installed on the elevator or on a repair hole.
Removal / installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1) remove the catalytic converter and an exhaust pipe |
| 2) tie up an exhaust pipe to a body on the right |
| 3) weaken bolts of a flange of the transmission, back differential and the central support |
| 4) install the tool 3139 on the driveshaft and tighten plastic nuts |
Prevention
The white point on a back flange of the driveshaft has to coincide with a black point on a flange of back differential at installation of the driveshaft. If these points are not visible, note mutual position of the driveshaft and a flange of back differential before removal of the driveshaft.

Prevention
Do not bend the driveshaft. You store and transport it only in the straightened situation.

Adjustment
Exact adjustment is necessary for equal and silent work.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1) remove an exhaust pipe and the catalytic converter |
| 2) tie up an exhaust pipe to a body on the right |
| 3) weaken bolts of the central support |
| 4) install the tool 3139 on the driveshaft and tighten plastic nuts |
| 5) remove bolts of fastening of the central support and adjusting washers |
|
6) measure distance and, the gap has to be identical on both parties |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1) move by means of the tool 3139 the driveshaft back against the stop |
|
2) note the provision of a fixing arm on a body (arrow A) |
| 3) move by means of the tool 3139 the driveshaft forward against the stop |
| 4) note the provision of a fixing arm on a body (arrow B) |
| 5) establish a fixing arm in the middle between two marks (an arrow C) |
| 6) establish bolts and washers of the required thickness, tighten bolts to 20 N. of m. |
| 7) remove the tool 3139 |
| 8) establish an exhaust pipe and the catalytic converter |
